1. Who may use this site

You must be at least 18 years old to use Pitch of Destiny. By accessing the site you confirm that you meet that age requirement and that free social gaming is permitted where you are. If either is untrue, please leave the site. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you; we do not target any particular country and offer the site on the same terms everywhere.

2. What the site is

Pitch of Destiny offers social casino games for entertainment purposes only. The games involve no real money at any point. There is no wagering, no opportunity to win money or prizes, and no consideration of any kind required to play. Nothing on this site is a gambling product, a gambling service, or an offer to provide either.

3. Virtual coins

Coins shown in our games are a display device with no monetary value. They are generated in your browser, exist only for the duration of your session, and are not property, credit, currency or a balance held on your behalf. Coins cannot be bought, sold, gifted, traded, transferred, saved, redeemed or converted into anything of value, and we may change how they are awarded or displayed at any time. Losing coins costs you nothing; accumulating them entitles you to nothing.

4. Acceptable use

Use the site as it is intended. Do not attempt to interfere with its operation, gain unauthorised access to any system, introduce malicious code, scrape it at volume, or modify the games in order to misrepresent them to others. The name Pitch of Destiny, the games, the artwork, the text and the code are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and related rights. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not copy, republish, sell or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

6. Availability

The site is provided as it is and as it becomes available. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it — including any game — at any time and without notice. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties not expressly stated here, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Because the site is free and involves no money, any liability we do have is limited accordingly.
