Most questions about Pitch of Destiny have short answers, and most of them are below. If yours is not, write to us.
Does any of this cost money?
No. There is no shop, no coin bundle, no subscription and no payment form anywhere on the site. Every game is free, every refill is free, and we will never ask for card details.
Can I win real money or prizes?
No. Virtual coins have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, goods, prizes or anything else. They exist only inside your browser session.
Why did my coin purse reset?
Because there is nothing to save. Your balance lives in the page itself, so reloading, closing the tab or navigating away starts you fresh at 1,000 coins. The free refill button does the same thing on demand.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up, no login and no profile. You can play every game on this site without giving us a single piece of information about yourself.
How are the results decided?
Each draw shuffles a fixed bag of nine cards using your browser's random number generator, with a small chance that one card is replaced by the Ninefold Star. Nothing is weighted by how you have been playing, and previous draws have no effect on the next one.
Is there a strategy to The Ninefold Oracle?
Not a meaningful one. Every face-down card is equally likely to be any of the nine dealt, so which three you turn changes nothing about the odds — only whether your picks happen to land on a straight run of the chart.
Which browsers and devices work?
Any reasonably current browser on desktop, tablet or phone. The games are plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript, with keyboard controls throughout — no download, no plugin, no app store.
Who can play?
Adults aged 18 and over, in places where free social gaming is permitted. We do not target any specific country, and it is up to you to know the rules where you live.
