Privacy Policy
Last updated: 18 September 2026. A short policy, because we collect very little.
The short version
Pitch of Destiny has no accounts, no sign-up form and no shop. We do not ask for your name, email address, date of birth or payment details in order to play, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone. Your coin balance never leaves the browser tab it was created in.
What we collect
Information you send us. If you email our support address, we receive whatever you put in that message — your address, your question and anything you attach. We keep support correspondence only as long as it takes to resolve the matter and to spot repeat issues, then delete it.
Technical information. Like any website, ours is served by a web host that records standard request data: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and the time of the request. These logs exist to keep the site running and secure, and they are not used to build a profile of you.
Game data. None. Your stake, your purse and your draws are held in the page's memory while you play and discarded when the page unloads. We do not store, transmit or analyse your results.
Cookies and similar technologies
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that request; their handling of it is governed by their own privacy policy. We use no advertising networks, no social media pixels and no cross-site trackers.
Why we are allowed to process anything at all
Where data protection law requires a basis for processing, ours is legitimate interest: keeping a website available, secure and free of abuse, and answering people who write to us. We do not rely on consent for marketing, because we do not market to you.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers who make the site work — principally our web host and email provider — and only to the extent they need it. We may also disclose information where the law genuinely requires it. We do not sell personal data, and there is no advertising business attached to this site.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to request a copy, to have it corrected or erased, or to object to how we use it. Since we hold almost nothing, most such requests are answered quickly. Write to privacy@pitchofdestiny.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security and changes
We use standard protections including encrypted connections, and we keep the amount of data we hold as close to zero as we can — the most reliable security measure available. No transmission over the internet is ever perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection. If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it; material changes will be noted on the site.
