The studio
About Pitch of Destiny
A small independent studio making free social casino games around the oldest idea in the business: someone deals, and then you find out.
Pitch of Destiny began as an argument about fortune-telling. One of us had spent an evening with a deck of cards laid out on a kitchen table and came away convinced that the appeal had nothing to do with belief — that the pleasure was structural. Somebody shuffles, somebody turns, and for a second or two the answer exists but you do not know it yet. Take away the mysticism and that second is still there. Take away the money and it is still there. So we built a studio around it.
What we make are social casino games. That phrase gets used loosely, so here is exactly what we mean by it: our games borrow the shape of casino play — a stake, a draw, a multiplier, a result — and remove the part where money changes hands. Coins on this site are counters. Your browser invents them when the page loads and forgets them when you close the tab. There is no shop, no coin bundle, no subscription, no currency conversion, and no mechanism by which a coin could become a dollar, a euro, a voucher, a prize or anything else of value. That is a design decision, not a limitation we intend to lift later.
How the studio works
We are deliberately small and deliberately slow. A game gets built when the mechanic is worth the time, which is why we run exactly one table. The Ninefold Oracle took several months of shuffling and reshuffling a nine-card chart until the stake, the multipliers and the bonus lines settled into something worth sitting down to. We would rather keep sharpening that one round than pad a lobby with games nobody finishes.
Everything runs in your browser. There are no accounts to create, no email address to hand over, and no profile building up quietly in the background. A game that keeps no record of you is simpler to build and considerably simpler to trust, and both of those matter more to us than the metrics we give up by working this way.
Where we operate
Pitch of Destiny is available to adult players wherever free social gaming is permitted. We do not target any single country or market, we do not tailor the site by region, and we hold no gambling licence — because we offer no gambling. Players are responsible for knowing the rules that apply where they live, and anyone under 18 should not be here at all.
Getting in touch
Questions, bug reports and opinions about the shuffle all go to the same place. Our support page has the details, along with answers to the things people ask most often. If something on the site reads as misleading — particularly anything that could be mistaken for a real-money offer — we would genuinely like to hear about it, and we will fix it.
